Many people ask, "Why are custom prints so expensive?" Here are a few things to keep in mind...
1) A custom photographer not only spends hours with the clients at a shoot, but also many hours driving to the shoot, and sorting, editing and post-processing images to give you high quality portraits.
2) Running a photography business is expensive...taxes must be paid along with all the other fees including internet and website fees, postage, traveling, and office fees.
3) Lots of costly electronics, cameras, lenses, and software are needed to produce beautiful custom portraits.
4) Not everyone with a digital camera has the skills, artistic and technical, to produce custom portraits.
